Rule of Law..as Arundhati Roy too hinted in her Mid Day write up..infers the innate justice of British Syatem where there is no written Constitution ! Such condition stayed true in Britain only for some time..mainly due to Freemasons..and thereafter the phrase Rule of Law lost the meanings !
In India most recent Kutta Muti SC Judges think that written law is Rule of Law..but it is not so..in USA the law is elaborate..yet all written law by the very nature of it..is Dead Law..like Statue Worship..but why discuss that..in India they do not follow even that..because in general dogs are not good at reading but are Xperts in pissing on the Lamp Posts !
Under this backdrop do I have to use the phrase True law..but then there may crop up many types of True laws..so I will switch back to Rule of Law without any past reference unless so needed..but then I have powers to enforce True Law so the nomenclature does not matter..is my little secret !
